Return Policy

Return the product properly sealed without any damage done to it. Once we received the product our warehouse undergoes the product inspection, the refunded will be initiated after proper inspection. Once your return request has been placed with the customer service. It may take 8-10 days. Local taxes will be deducted from the amount. Courier charges will be charged extra. 10% will be deducted from the refund amount. No return policy will be entertained for free or discount product.

Refund Policy

Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalised banks. Expected timeline of refunds takes 8-10 days.

Cancellation Policy

You can also get in touch with our Customer Care team with your order number to raise a cancellation request. Cancellation duration takes typically one day after confirming cancellation by calling or by emailing us. If your order has been dispatched Then there will be no refund.
